Here’s a statistic for you. According to research conducted by strategic insight consultancy Manochi, at the start of October 2026, around 6.15 billion people around the world were using the internet, equivalent to 74 percent of the global population. Further to this, there are approximately 5.86 billion unique mobile phone users worldwide, who check their devices around 200 times a day. Makes you think, doesn’t it!
